Affiliate Programme Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the ZenRobot Affiliate Programme ("Programme"). By signing up as an affiliate, you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms:
1. Affiliate Eligibility
To participate in our programme, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide a valid and accurate payment method
- Not be a current employee or immediate family member of an employee unless approved in writing
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate at our discretion.
2. Commission and Payment Terms
Commission Structure
You will earn commission for each valid course sale generated through your unique referral link.
The standard commission for the Gen AI Masterclass is a fixed fee of $50 (fifty US dollars) per sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Holding Period and Eligibility
Commissions are only earned on successful, completed enrolments.
To qualify for payout:
- The customer must have completed payment
- The refund and cancellation period must have passed
- The enrolment must not be refunded, cancelled, or disputed
Our current refund policy allows cancellations up to the end of the first week of the course. As a result, commissions are typically approved 21 days after the first week of the course has been completed.
Payout Timing
Approved commissions are paid on a monthly basis, once they have cleared the holding period.
Minimum Payout Threshold
Payouts are processed once your approved commission balance reaches a minimum of $50.
Payment Method
Payments are made via the method you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate. We are not liable for delays or failed payments due to incorrect information.
Invalid Sales and Adjustments
You will not earn commission on:
- Self-referrals (your own purchases)
- Refunded or cancelled transactions
- Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions
- Sales that breach these Terms
If a refund occurs after a commission has been paid, the amount may be adjusted against future payouts.
We reserve the right to review, withhold, or cancel commissions in cases of suspected misuse or policy violations.
3. Acceptable Promotion Methods
You are welcome to promote your affiliate link using honest and responsible methods.
You must not:
- Use spam, bots, or misleading tactics
- Misrepresent ZenRobot or your relationship with us
- Make false or exaggerated claims about our products
- Run paid ads using our brand name or direct users to our site without permission
- Offer unofficial discounts, incentives, or cashback without approval
Breaching these guidelines may result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
4. Use of Branding
You may use official ZenRobot marketing assets provided to you or made available in your affiliate dashboard.
These should be used as provided and only for the purpose of promoting our courses.
5. Tracking and Reporting
You will have access to an affiliate dashboard where you can track referrals, sales, and commissions.
While we aim for accurate tracking, it is your responsibility to review your activity. If something looks incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of the sale.
6. Termination
You may leave the programme at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your participation at our discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations.
Any approved commissions will be paid according to the terms above, unless termination is due to a breach of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or conversion rates.
ZenRobot is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Programme.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any updates. Where changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.
