Affiliate Programme Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Affiliate Programme ("Programme") operated by ZenRobot ("we", "our", "us"). By signing up as an affiliate through Tolt, you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms:

1. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in our programme, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid payment method supported by Tolt (e.g. PayPal, Wise, bank transfer).
Not be a current employee or immediate family member of an employee unless approved in writing.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate account at our sole discretion.

2. Commission and Payment Terms

Commission Structure: You will earn commission for each valid course sale generated through your unique Tolt referral link. The standard commission rate for the Gen AI masterclass is a fixed fee of $50 (fifty American dollars) per sale unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Delay (Holding Period):
Commissions are only eligible after a successful transaction and are paid out 21 days after the first week of the course is complete without a cancellation. This delay contemplates ZenRobot’s refund policy which allows customers to cancel up until the first week of their course. Any reversed transactions during this period will void the commission.
Minimum Payout Threshold: Payouts are only processed once your total approved commission is a minimum of $50.
Payment Method: All payments are made via Tolt's platform. You are responsible for ensuring your payout method is correct and operational. We are not liable for failed or delayed payouts due to incorrect account information.
Invalid Sales and Reversals: You will not earn commission on:

Self-referrals (you cannot earn commission on your own purchases).
Sales that are refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent.
Sales that violate Tolt’s or our programme policies.

We reserve the right to investigate and withhold commissions if we suspect abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

3. Acceptable Promotion Methods

You may promote your affiliate link through legal and ethical marketing methods. You must not:

Use spam, bots, fake accounts, or misleading promotions.
Pretend to be us, misrepresent your affiliation, or make false claims.
Use paid ads bidding on our brand name or direct linking to our website.
Offer unofficial discounts, incentives, or cashback unless pre-approved.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

4. Use of Branding

You may use official marketing assets provided in the Tolt dashboard or from us directly. These assets must be used as-is and only for promotional use relating to our courses.

5. Dashboard Access & Tracking

Your sales, commissions, and payment status are visible in your Tolt affiliate dashboard. It is your responsibility to monitor your account. If you believe a referral or commission is missing, you must notify us within 30 days of the sale.

6. Termination

You may terminate your affiliate account at any time via your Tolt dashboard or by notifying us.
We may terminate your account with or without notice for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, unpaid but approved commissions will be paid out in accordance with the holding period and payment thresholds, unless termination was due to a violation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or conversions. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or damages related to your participation in the Programme.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after any change constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via Tolt or email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
