AI will nearly always give you an answer. The trick is getting it to give you the
answer you actually need.
This beginner-friendly class teaches you the fundamentals of communicating effectively with AI language models. You’ll learn the building blocks of a useful prompt, how to give clearer instructions, how to guide a conversation when the first answer isn’t quite right and some of the important differences between ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
It’s for anyone already using AI but feeling like the results are hit and miss, as well as complete beginners who want to start with good habits rather than spending their time
endlessly rewriting prompts.
Why do this course?
Think of it like a dance partner. AI will always follow, but if neither of you knows the steps, you'll spend the whole song correcting each other. This hour teaches you to lead. You'll leave briefing AI the way you'd brief a freelancer, and getting work back that's close to right the first time.
