Most classes are around an hour long. They’re designed to teach you one useful AI skill or workflow without taking up half your day.

Not unless the individual class says otherwise. Most of our drop-in classes are designed to be accessible to beginners, and the course page will tell you if any prior knowledge is recommended.

It depends on the class. Some sessions require no tools at all, while others work best with a paid subscription. Check the Tools required section on the course page before booking.

Sometimes. Where a workflow can be followed using several platforms, we’ll say so in the course description. For more tool-specific classes, you’ll get the most value by using the recommended platform.

You’ll receive confirmation of your booking along with the details you need to join the live online class. We recommend checking any tool requirements and setting up your accounts before the session.

Let us know at least 24 hours before the class and you can move your booking to a future session of the same course, subject to availability.

Because these are live sessions and recordings are not provided, we generally can’t replace a missed class if you haven’t contacted us at least 24 hours beforehand.
