If your relationship with ChatGPT begins and ends with typing a question into the box, you're probably only using a fraction of what it can do.
This hands-on guided tour takes you beyond basic questions and answers. We'll walk through the core features, show you where to find them, explain when they're useful and demonstrate practical ways to combine them into everyday workflows.
The class is designed for beginners and everyday ChatGPT users who know the basics but suspect there is a lot hiding behind the interface that they haven't figured out yet. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of the platform and practical ways to use it immediately after class.

You've been using ChatGPT for a while and it's fine. It's also quietly remembering things about you that you've never checked, defaulting to whichever model it feels like, and starting cold every single time. We'll go through the settings that matter, on your real work, and you'll leave with it properly set up rather than a list of things to try later.

ChatGPT changes constantly. Models get added and retired, features move, and half the tutorials online describe a version that no longer exists. This one is current on the day, and you can ask about your own work while we're in it.

A ChatGPT account. Free works for most of the session, though a few features we cover sit behind a paid plan and we'll flag those clearly as we go.
